Finally!!

We're so excited! We've been trying for a while, and FINALLY succeeded!! :-D

So I was showing my mom the pictures from my last entry, and she said "Do you ever give that child a snack other than a popsicle?!" lol so I snapped these for proof :-D



And this one's my favorite but alas, nobody likes it but me... Good thing it's in my house and nobody else's huh? ;-P

Fun with Leaves

Being February, you'd think we would have gotten up all the leaves from the yard, but think again! lol James and I played outside today and he had a blast! We decided to come back in after the wind tore a roofing panel off of the shed though :-O


And of course, we had to end our romp with a creamsicle :-D

Well, my toddler son got into the bathroom today and unwound the toilet paper this morning lol so I rolled it back up as neatly as possible and took a picture. I didn't think of photographing the giant pile of toilet paper that was in the floor before I cleaned it up lol But I'm sure, knowing him, I'll have a second chance sometime soon :-P

Money money money

Saving money, that is :-) Coupons are just another joy of being a single income family lol But, I can't complain. I save $20-$50/week if I coupon and comp shop.. Which adds up to more photography goodies >:-)

So I'm late posting

But I swear I took this on the 8th lol! It was a super busy day, and we didn't get home (and therefore back to internet access) until after midnight. But anyway, I was attempting (and failing at) the different light setup that was suggested to me.. He didn't want his picture taken though, so this is the only decent one I got lol That's what I get for trying to take pictures before nap time :-P

Day 21

So I was supposed to take pictures for a friend of mine today. I set up my lights and my backdrop, and then she called and said she couldn't come because her daughter was sick... So, rather than waste all that effort, I snapped a couple self portraits :-P I'm tellin you, I'm dangerous when I'm bored lol

Blocks

We were over at my MIL's house this evening, and James built a block tower, and then promptly knocked it down again... lol Maybe he'll grow up to be in construction :-P

What day is it anyway? Day 20? lol

Anyway, here's mine for today :-) Pay no mind to the dust all over it, I've been slacking in the dusting department lol

Oooops

I just looked at the clock and said Oh @#$%! lol I forgot to take a pic today! So here's James, who was just now climbing on the bench that we use as a makeshift baby gate haha Completely ROOTC, because I'm out of time :-P

Still sick :(

Took James to the doctor today... They said he has a "minor" sinus infection, bronchitis, and "a little fluid in his ears but not enough to treat"... So they put him on Omnicef and Albuterol, and gave him a breathing treatment while we were there. Yeah. THAT was fun :-/ But he seems to be feeling a tiny bit better tonight (thank God).. Hopefully this'll clear it up really soon. I hate seeing my Doodle sick :-(

Of course, I'm coming down with it too. My head, ears, and throat all hurt, and I'm starting to get a cough. Ahhh the joys of motherhood.. :-/


And apparently I've been tagged lol So, here's 6 weird things about me:

1) I can't drive... Well, I have a license, and probably could drive if a life depended on it, I despise driving and haven't done it in almost a year

2) I hate calling people on the phone if I don't know them (like setting up appointments, etc.)

3) I'm the only green eyed person in a family full of blue and brown eyes

4) I wash my toothbrush with antibacterial soap every single day (before I brush lol!)

5) I love shiny things. My husband calls me a crow because I can spot something shiny in the grass from a long ways away :D

6) I'm a shampoo/conditioner addict. Anytime a new hair product comes out, I have to try it (though I do typically wait until I have a coupon).

And I'm a big loser and don't know 6 people who haven't been tagged, so I'm not tagging anyone :-o lol
